Frequently asked

Where records come from

Where do these tracking numbers come from?

They are imported in bulk from a FedEx tracking feed. Every record arrives in a batch we keep a permanent reference to, so any number can be traced back to when and how it entered our inventory. We do not generate numbers, and we never will — a number that matches a carrier format but exists nowhere is not a product, it is a string.

Is a number tied to my specific parcel?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. What you get is a real tracking number that exists in FedEx's network, with the route, service, weight and scan history it actually has. It describes a shipment somebody sent — not the one you are sending. That distinction matters for how you may lawfully use it, and it is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

What does "never sold to another customer" mean?

Exactly what it says, and no more. When you buy a record it is marked as yours in the database with a unique constraint that makes a second active sale impossible. What we cannot do is tell you whether an Amazon or Walmart seller has used that number, because we have no access to marketplace seller data. Anyone claiming otherwise is guessing.

Carriers and filters

Which carriers can I buy from?

FedEx today — Ground, Express, SmartPost and Home Delivery, across the US and a smaller amount of international traffic. UPS, USPS, DHL, TNT, Evri, Yodel, DPD, Canada Post, LaPoste, GLS and Royal Mail are on the roadmap and are listed as coming soon rather than hidden. A carrier only becomes selectable when we actually hold inventory for it.

Can I filter by ZIP code?

Not yet. The FedEx feed we import gives us destination city and state but no postal code, so a ZIP filter would match nothing. Rather than show a control that silently does nothing, we have built the filter and kept it hidden until inventory actually carries postal codes. City and state filtering works now.

Balance, pricing and payment

How does payment work?

You top up an account balance and spend it on tracking numbers — there is no subscription. The minimum top-up is $1. Payment is USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20): you send the funds to the address we show you, submit the transaction hash and a screenshot, and we verify it on-chain before crediting your balance. Automatic verification is coming; today a person checks each one.

How long does a deposit take to clear?

A person reviews each deposit against the transaction on BscScan, so it is not instant. We aim to clear deposits within a few hours during working hours. If something looks wrong we tell you what and why rather than leaving it pending silently.

What is the difference between Lifetime and a package?

Lifetime numbers are bought one order at a time from your balance, priced per number at a rate that falls with volume, and they never expire. A package is quantity bought up front at a much lower unit rate, with two months to claim it. The important part: numbers you claim from a package are yours permanently. Only unclaimed quantity expires.

How do the volume tiers work?

They are flat, not stacked. An order of 30 numbers is priced entirely at the 26–150 rate, so all 30 cost $0.16 each. You are not charged 25 at one rate and 5 at another. The price is shown before you confirm, so there is never a surprise.

What if fewer records match than I asked for?

You are charged for what you actually received, never for the shortfall. If you ask for 50 and only 32 match your filters, you get 32 records and pay for 32. The order summary states this explicitly so you can check it against your balance.

Can I get a refund?

Balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited, because the balance is immediately spendable. We do fix our own mistakes — a duplicate deposit, a wrong amount credited, or an outage that stopped you using what you paid for. Contact support and we will look at it properly rather than sending a template.

Referrals

How does the referral programme work?

You get a referral link. When someone who signs up through it makes a deposit, 15% of that deposit is credited to your balance as spendable credit. It applies to every deposit they make, not just the first. One condition: you must have deposited at least $1 yourself before commission pays out — commission earned before then is held against your account and released the moment you deposit.

Marketplaces

Will these work on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or Shopify?

Those platforms accept standard FedEx tracking numbers, and these are standard FedEx tracking numbers. What we cannot promise is how any individual marketplace will treat a given record — each applies its own verification and seller-performance rules that change without notice and that we have no visibility into. Using tracking that does not correspond to a shipment you actually sent may breach their seller terms. That assessment is yours to make, and our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what we do not permit.

Account and security

Is there an API?

Not yet. Packages from $49.99 upward carry an API access entitlement, and the contract is published on our API page, but the endpoints themselves ship after the core product is stable. We would rather say that plainly than advertise something you cannot use today.

How is my account secured?

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and never stored in a recoverable form. Sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies with CSRF protection, and you can revoke every other session yourself. Two-factor authentication is available to all customers and mandatory for our own staff accounts.

Still stuck?
