Refund Policy
Draft pending legal review. Prepared during development; must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before launch, including the statutory cancellation rights that apply to consumers in your markets.
The short version
Balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited, because the balance is immediately spendable. We make exceptions when the fault is ours.
Why top-ups are final
When a deposit is approved, the funds become spendable balance straight away. You can buy tracking numbers with them within seconds. Refunding a credited balance would mean reclaiming records that have already been claimed and cannot be un-claimed.
That is the reason, and it is the only reason. It is not a policy designed to keep money we have not earned.
When we do refund
We will refund, in full or in part, where:
- You deposited twice for the same intended top-up.
- We credited the wrong amount — more or less than actually arrived on-chain.
- A sustained outage prevented you from using a balance you had paid for.
- A deposit was approved in error, for example against a transaction that was not yours.
- The law requires it. Consumer rights in your jurisdiction override this policy where they apply.
Because deposits arrive as USDT on BEP20, a refund is returned the same way, to the wallet address the funds came from. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
Purchases are never charged in error
This is worth stating separately, because it is the most common worry.
You are charged only for records actually claimed for you. If you ask for 50 and only 32 match your filters, you receive 32 records and are charged for 32. If an order fails part-way through, nothing is charged at all — the whole thing runs inside a database transaction that either completes or does not.
You do not need to ask for a refund in these cases; it has already happened, and you can see it in your wallet ledger.
Package quantity that expires
Unclaimed package quantity is forfeited when its two-month window closes. That is not refundable — it is the trade you accept in return for a unit rate far below the Lifetime tiers.
We will tell you before it happens. Numbers you have already claimed from a package are unaffected and remain yours permanently.
How to ask
Contact us with your account email and, where relevant, the deposit reference or transaction hash. We aim to respond within one business day. If we decline, we will tell you why rather than sending a template.
