Third-party marks

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Evri, DPD, and the names and logos of every marketplace referred to on this site — including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Wish — are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

What we claim, and what we do not

TrackingTop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of any carrier or marketplace named on this site. We have no commercial relationship with them that this site implies or should be read to imply.

We use their names descriptively, for one purpose: to identify which carrier network a tracking record originates from, or which platforms accept standard carrier tracking. That is nominative use — naming a thing in order to talk about it accurately.

How we use their assets

Where we display a carrier's logo, we use official press-kit assets or a clearly licensed source, stored locally on our own servers. We never hotlink to a carrier's site. We preserve aspect ratio, clear space and official colour as their brand guidelines require, and we provide an accessible text alternative in every case.

We do not modify carrier logos, incorporate them into our own branding, or present them in a way that suggests a partnership.

If you are a rights holder

If you own one of these marks and consider our use inappropriate, contact us and we will respond promptly. We would rather change something than argue about it.

The TrackingTop name and logo are ours. The name is provisional pending trademark review and may change before launch.
