How your balance works
Top up from $1, spend per tracking number at a rate that falls with volume, and pay only for what you actually receive.
There is no subscription. You hold a balance in dollars, and buying tracking numbers draws it down. What follows is the detail that matters when something looks wrong.
Topping up
The minimum top-up is $1.00. Payment is USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20):
- Choose an amount. We show you our deposit address and the exact figure to send.
- Send the funds from your own wallet.
- Paste the transaction hash and, ideally, a screenshot.
- A person checks the transaction on-chain and approves it.
Your balance moves only when that last step happens. Submitting a hash puts your deposit in the review queue; it does not credit anything on its own. This is deliberate — automatic on-chain verification is coming, but until it does, a human confirming the money arrived is the honest way to run it.
Send only USDT on BEP20. A different token, or the right token on a different chain, will not reach us and cannot be recovered. The deposit page states this next to the address for a reason.
What things cost
Lifetime numbers are priced per number, and the whole order is priced at the rate for its size:
| Order size | Per number |
|---|---|
| 1 – 25 | $0.20 |
| 26 – 150 | $0.16 |
| 151 – 350 | $0.14 |
| 351 – 750 | $0.13 |
Tiers are flat, not stacked. An order of 30 costs 30 × $0.16 = $4.80. You are not charged 25 at one rate and 5 at another. The exact total is on screen before you confirm.
Packages are quantity bought up front at a much lower unit rate — from $4.99 for 50 up to $999.99 for 120,000. You have two months to claim that quantity.
What expires, and what does not
This is the question people get wrong, so plainly:
- Your balance never expires.
- Lifetime numbers never expire. Once bought, they are yours.
- Numbers claimed from a package never expire either. They are yours the same as any other.
- Unclaimed package quantity expires after two months. That, and only that.
So if you buy 250 numbers in a package and claim 80 of them, those 80 stay in your account permanently. The remaining 170 are what you lose if the window closes.
How an order is charged
When you buy, we work out what you actually get before charging anything:
- If you own package quantity, that is used first, at no cash cost. You never pay cash for quantity you have already bought.
- Anything beyond that is charged to your balance at the Lifetime rate for the order size.
- If fewer records match your filters than you asked for, you get what matched and pay for what matched. Never for the shortfall. The order summary says so explicitly.
Records are claimed inside a database transaction with the rows locked, so the same number cannot be sold to two people. If anything fails part-way, nothing is charged.
Running out
There are no overage charges. If an order would cost more than your balance, it is declined before anything happens and the interface tells you exactly how much more you need, with a link to top up. We will never quietly bill you beyond your balance.
The ledger
Every movement — deposit, purchase, referral commission, refund, admin adjustment — is an append-only entry you can see on your wallet page. Your balance is the sum of those entries, not a number we edit.
That matters because it means any balance can be explained. If you think you were charged for something you did not get, we can show you the sequence rather than asking you to take our word for it.
